Vishal Sookarah has over 17 years of experience at The Residence Mauritius, progressing through various roles since January 2005. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager, Vishal supervises a team of 28 kitchen stewards, handles the steward pantry, and oversees the procurement of food and beverage materials, maintaining detailed records and inventories. Previous roles include F&B Stewarding Manager and F&B Equipment & Quality Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating inventory, ensuring quality standards, and establishing supplier relationships.
