Hilari Rinehart

Hilari Rinehart has extensive work experience in audit and risk management roles. Hilari began their career in 1997 as a Loan Officer at Alliance Mortgage Banking Corp. Hilari then worked at First Tier Bank & Trust as a Loan Operations Manager, overseeing servicing activities for various products. In 1998, they joined Community Bank as a Mortgage Department Team Lead, responsible for processing and underwriting mortgage and home equity products. At Sovereign Bank, they served as an REO Administrator, and at GMAC Mortgage Corp, they held roles as a Foreclosure Team Lead and a Claim Operation Manager.

Rinehart then transitioned to Ally Financial Inc., where they worked as an Internal Audit Manager and later as an Audit Director, leading operational and compliance audits. Hilari joined Ocwen Financial briefly as an Audit Director before returning to Ally Financial Inc. as an Audit Director, overseeing high-risk activities and managing a team.

In 2013, Rinehart joined TD Bank as a Vice President, Audit Group Manager, specializing in regulatory compliance and risk management. Hilari developed annual audit plans, led a diverse team, and managed the department budget. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President, Director of Internal Audit at Cenlar FSB. In this role, Rinehart leads a team of professionals assessing controls, maintaining relationships with business managers, and ensuring comprehensive audit coverage in various areas.

Hilari Rinehart obtained an Executive Master of Science Degree in Management from Purdue University, Krannert School of Business from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from SUNY Empire State College from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).
