John Lacca has extensive work experience in the financial industry, particularly in the credit union sector. John currently holds the position of Vice President Client Management at Cenlar FSB, where they are responsible for executive client relationship management and leads the client management team for the company's credit union partners. Prior to this, they served as President and Chief Retail Officer at Police and Fire Federal Credit Union (PFFCU) from 2015 to 2021, where they provided visionary leadership for the day-to-day operations of the $7 billion credit union. John consistently exceeded goals in member experience, loan growth, household growth, and deposit & checking account growth. During their time at PFFCU, the organization was recognized by Forbes as one of America's best credit unions in 2020. Earlier in their career, Lacca held various roles at PFFCU, including EVP and Chief Retail Officer, Senior Vice President, Vice President Call Center Operations, and Call Center Manager. John also worked as a Product Marketing Manager and Consumer Lending Loan Processor.
John Lacca attended Drexel University from 1985 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing/Business Management. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at St. Joseph's Prep from 1981 to 1985. Additionally, John Lacca obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Certified Coach Trainer of Total Member Experience from Robert C. Davis and Associates (2015), Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) from Ascensus (2010), and Advanced Database Marketing School from Northwestern University (1995).
