Alexander R. has a diverse work experience. Alexander began their professional career in 2009 as a volunteer for Hammer for a Heart, a non-profit organization, where they spent a day renovating a house. In 2010, they volunteered at EDGEWOOD HIGH SCHOOL. In 2012, they worked as a Laboratory Assistant at UW Madison Research and Sponsored Programs, where they prepared labs and cell cultures, stocked and cleaned lab materials, and recorded and reordered supplies and special orders. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at three different places: Crossroads Cafe & Catering, Liliana's Restaurant, and St. James Catholic School. At Crossroads Cafe & Catering, they worked as a Cashier/Grill Cook/Server and used the job to finance their education. At Liliana's Restaurant, they worked as a Host and Dishwasher. At St. James Catholic School, they worked as an Eager Reader. In 2022, they began working as an Account Development Representative at Centage.

Alexander R. began their educational journey in 2010 when they attended Edgewood High School.
