Desktop Support Technician II at Centauri Health Solutions

Patrick Hoover has had two main work experiences. From November 2016 onwards, they worked as a Desktop Support Technician II at Centauri Health Solutions, Inc. Prior to that, they had an extensive tenure at New York Life Insurance Company starting in June 1995. During their time at New York Life, they held the role of Senior IT Systems Administrator and was responsible for providing computer and voice support to around 450 end users at a call center in Lakewood, Ohio. Patrick also managed a successful conversion project from Windows XP to Windows 7, involving coordination, scheduling, deployment, and asset management of approximately 500 computers. Patrick's role at New York Life ended in June 2016.

Patrick Hoover earned their Associates degree in Accounting from Bryant & Stratton, which they attended from 1993 to 1995. In 2015, they obtained the HDI Desktop Support certification.
