Besa Dibwe

Besa Dibwe has extensive experience in regulatory operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Regulatory Operations at Centene Corporation since August 2012, with previous roles including Director and Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to joining Centene, Besa worked at Brown Smith Wallace as a Senior Auditor from August 2008 to August 2012 and completed a Corporate Tax Internship at MetLife Insurance in 2007. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Store Manager at Target Corporation from May 2005 to February 2007. Besa holds an MBA in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Management, International Business, and French from Westminster University.
