Joan Alvarez

Joan Alvarez is a seasoned project manager currently serving as Project Manager II at Centene Corporation since February 2020. Previously, Joan held various roles at Great Circle, including Community Engagement Manager and Executive Assistant, providing high-level administrative support to executives and serving as a staff liaison to the Governance Committee of the Board of Directors. Joan also has a background in consumer services, having worked for Brown Shoe Company as a Consumer Services Associate, where recognition was received for top performance, as well as experience as a Bank Teller at US Bank with a record of high customer service scores. Joan began a career in the arts with an internship and receptionist role at the Saint Louis Artists' Guild. Joan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Studio Art with a minor in International Human Rights from Webster University.
