Letitia Williams

Letitia Williams possesses extensive experience in case management and provider coordination within the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Case Management Supervisor for Long Term Care at Centene Corporation since January 2022. Prior roles include Supervisor of Quality Improvement and Provider Practice Coordinator at WellCare Health Plans, where responsibilities encompassed improving HEDIS measures and delivering concierge services to members and providers. Previous positions include Case Manager/Outreach Coordinator at Beloved Community Family Services, an Independent Contractor at the University of Chicago, and various roles in eligibility counseling and casework, notably at Health Management Systems and the Illinois Department of Human Services.
