Shelly Scott

Shelly Scott has over a decade of experience in business contracting and network development, currently serving as the Director of New Business Contracting & Network Development at Centene Corporation since July 2012. In this national role, Shelly supports new market contracting and network development under the Vice President of Growth and Development. Previous positions at Centene included roles as Contract Manager and Contract Negotiator, overseeing teams and managing provider contracting across multiple states. Shelly’s career also includes positions at Calvert Home Health Care and FirstCare, as well as an earlier role at HealthSmart Preferred Care, demonstrating a strong foundation in provider relations and account management. Shelly holds a BBA in Management from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business.
