Troy is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Centene Corporation, where they oversee the operations of Centene Pharmacy Solutions. Prior to this, Troy served as the CEO and Founder of Customer Care Advisory, where they led transformation programs in various industries. Troy also served as the President of Carallel for a year. Earlier in their career, Troy was the Divisional Vice President of Customer Care Operations at Walgreens and the VP of Operations, Quality & Offshoring at Hewitt Associates. Troy also held various roles at GE Money, including VP of Global Operations - Collections & Recovery, COO of GE's German Bank, and Managing Director for GE Capital's Irish Shared Services business. Troy has a deep understanding of delivering high-quality customer care and implementing efficiency measures.
