Kathryn Ryan

Kathryn Ryan currently serves as the Gas and Decarbonisation Manager at Centennial since December 2023. Prior to this role, Kathryn held various positions at Glencore from June 2017 to December 2023, including Technical Services Manager, Ventilation Officer, and Gas Drainage Engineer. Kathryn's career began at Anglo American, where roles included Gas Drainage Coordinator, Gas Drainage Engineer, Mine Geologist, Graduate Mine Geologist, Graduate Geologist in Resource Evaluation, and Graduate Exploration Geologist from February 2012 to June 2017. Kathryn also gained experience as a Vacation Student - Geologist at Xstrata Coal in late 2010. Kathryn's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Geology & Geophysics from the University of Sydney, a Statutory Ventilation Officer Course from UNSW, a Graduate Certificate in Geostatistics from Edith Cowan University, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Wollongong.
