Manny Rodrigues

Manny Rodrigues is an experienced manager with a strong background in operational leadership and human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Job Evaluation in the People and Equity department at Centennial College since August 2014, Manny oversees job evaluation processes, ensuring internal consistency and compliance with collective agreements. Previously, as the Manager of Administrative Operations in the Academic Excellence Unit, Manny was accountable for enhancing operational efficiency through developed procedures. Additional experience includes managerial roles at EZCORP, Empire Theatres, Blockbuster, and American Eagle Outfitters, where Manny demonstrated skills in operational management, revenue generation, and staff scheduling. Manny holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Honors) in Communication and Media Studies from Brock University and furthered education at Humber College.
