Niccardo Rhoden

Niccardo Rhoden is currently the Director of Student Systems, Records & Scheduling at Centennial College. Niccardo has been in this role since August 2017. Prior to that, they were the Associate Registrar, Scheduling & Systems at Centennial College from May 2015 to May 2017. Niccardo has also worked as the Chief Information Officer at Northern Caribbean University from May 2015 to May 2017. In this role, they provided executive leadership, co-ordination and management of all Information Technology resources at Northern Caribbean University. Areas covered included strategic planning, data analysis, identifying and evaluating system requirements, documenting system requirements, controlling performance objectives and overall IT budget, fostering corporate relationships with external contractors and government agencies, training users on systems operations and application use, participating in vendor contract negotiations for computer equipment and software purchases, managing IT support services, maintaining and supporting virtual learning environments, developing strategies for security and information systems management, and developing policies and procedures for Information Technology.

Niccardo Rhoden has a Doctor of Computer Science from Colorado Technical University, a Certificate in Data Operations from Heart Trust National Training Agency, an M.Sc. in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University, and a B.Sc. in Management Studies from Northern Caribbean University. Niccardo also has a certification from LinkedIn in Introduction to Photography.

They work with Charmaine Hack - VP, Strategic Enrollment Management, Michelle Cole - Director, Academic Excellence and Program Quality, and Penny Kirlik - Executive Director, Student Association. Niccardo Rhoden reports to Craig Stephenson, President & CEO.
