Madeline W. Shepherd's work experience includes roles such as Director of Government Affairs at the Center for American Progress, where they liaised between policy teams and stakeholders in Congress and the Administration. Madeline W. also served as a Public Policy Manager at Girl Scouts of the USA, representing the organization on Capitol Hill and coordinating strategic outreach to Members of Congress.
