Hannah O'Grady, LMSW, is an experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in therapeutic practices and writing. Currently serving as a therapist at Center for Anxiety, LLC since June 2020, Hannah previously worked as a freelance writer for HealthyPlace, contributing content on mental health topics. Experience as a crisis counselor for Crisis Text Line involved assessing the safety and needs of individuals in crisis. As a DBT social work intern at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, Hannah provided therapy and led skills groups for inpatient clients.
