Liz Ward

Liz Ward is a highly experienced clinical professional currently serving as the Supervising Clinician at the Center for Anxiety, LLC since June 2022. With a robust background in mental health, Liz has held positions including Clinical Therapist at the Child Mind Institute and Silver Hill Hospital, where Liz provided individual and family therapy and taught Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. Prior experience also includes working as a Clinical Therapist at Family Service League of Long Island, conducting intake assessments and individual psychotherapy. Liz's earlier roles as a School Social Worker at NYCDOE institutions involved providing counseling services, facilitating support groups, and collaborating with educators. Liz holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Social Work from Fordham University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance from the University of Iowa.
