Yage (Leah) Guo is a seasoned psychometrician and research scientist with extensive experience in quantitative analysis and psychometric evaluation. Currently serving at the Center for Applied Linguistics since September 2019, Yage has previously worked as a quantitative consultant at The Nebraska Evaluation and Research Center, where guidance was provided on statistical analysis and psychometric evaluation. Yage's background includes a position as a graduate research assistant at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, focusing on data analysis for children's development studies. Additional experience includes an internship with the National Board of Medical Examiners and a statistical programmer internship at Neogen Company, where expertise in Bayesian statistics was applied. Yage's academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Quantitative, Qualitative & Psychometric Methods from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a degree from Beijing Normal University.
