Susan Peppercorn, PCC, is an accomplished executive coach and career strategist with extensive experience in leadership development and coaching. Currently, at CFAR and Whole Leader, Susan focuses on unleashing client potential and enhancing leadership effectiveness. With a background that includes contributions to Harvard Business Review and Fast Company, and a prior role as an Executive Coach & Senior Career Consultant at ClearRock, Inc., Susan has developed transformative coaching programs for executives. A former Corporate Relations Manager at Boston University, Susan has also coached MBA students on essential career skills. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Positive Psychology and a Master of Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
