Aina Serra M.ed.

Aina Serra, M.Ed. is a seasoned Learning Experience Designer currently involved with CAST since April 2023, focusing on the development of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) environments through user experience and instructional design. Notable roles include serving as Project Lead and Learning Experience Designer at Playpod, where design and development of eLearning products were led, and as an Educator with Conselleria d'Educació i Cultura del Govern de les Illes Balears, where curriculum was defined and instruction was provided to diverse learner groups. Experience also encompasses roles in instructional design at PalmaActiva and as an Adjunct Professor at Henan University of Economics and Law, alongside an extensive educational background including a Master's degree in Digitally Mediated Learning Environments from Universitat de Barcelona and ongoing studies in Anthropology from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
