Cliff Kinyua

Cliff Kinyua, PMDPro, is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) with a strong focus on East Africa. Currently serving as Program Coordinator/Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer at the Center for Civilians in Conflict since April 2022, Cliff leads the development of systems to capture and document project data and impacts, providing training and technical support to staff and partners. Previously, at Kenya Red Cross from July 2017 to April 2022, Cliff held multiple roles, including Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning Officer for the North Eastern Region and Regional Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning Officer for the Coast Region, where responsibilities included capacity development of staff in M&E tools, generating quality reports for stakeholders, and enhancing organizational learning through documentation of best practices.
