Frikkie Meintjes

Frikkie Meintjes is an experienced leader in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at the Center for Civilians in Conflict since August 2023. With a strong background in global HR management, Frikkie previously held the position of Head of Global HR at Greenpeace International, overseeing critical HR initiatives across 27 offices, and has also served in various managerial roles within Greenpeace and World Vision. Frikkie's expertise encompasses talent acquisition, DEI initiatives, and strategic planning, underpinned by a B Com degree from the University of the Free State and a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring for Leadership in Organisations from Leeds Beckett University.
