Sara Aslam

Sara Aslam is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at the Center for Justice Innovation since April 2022, following roles as Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist. Responsibilities include administering HR programs, providing employee relations support, assisting in talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Before this, Sara worked as an HR & IT Coordinator at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, where advisory roles in organizational changes and onboarding processes were key functions. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Intern position and a sales role at Telco Discount Stores.
