Diane Bergeron

Diane Bergeron, PhD, is a Senior Research Scientist at the Center for Creative Leadership since January 2022. Previously, Diane served as a Research Affiliate and Associate Professor at Case Western Reserve University from July 2006 to June 2020, where responsibilities included advising managers and executives, designing research projects, and creating organizational surveys. Prior experience includes roles as an External Consultant at Hewitt & Associates, Adjunct Faculty at New York University Stern School of Business, and Human Resources and Learning Development roles at Pfizer Inc. Diane also worked as an Associate at Brecker & Merryman and volunteered with the SSM Foundation on community development projects. Diane earned a PhD in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from St. Bonaventure University.
