Shaurav Sen

Shaurav Sen has held various leadership roles throughout their career. From 2020 onwards, they served as the Global Vice President of Partnerships & Innovation at the Center for Creative Leadership. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, they were the Regional Vice President for Asia Pacific at Gartner. From 2017 to 2019, Shaurav worked as the Vice President & Regional Business Leader for Asia Pacific at Korn Ferry. Before joining Korn Ferry, they held the position of Executive Director for CEB Asia from 2011 to 2016, and prior to that, they were the Country CEO at CEB from 2005 to 2011. Shaurav began their career at Unilever as a Group Manager for Strategy from 2001 to 2005. Before that, they founded and served as the CEO of OnScreen Interactive from 1999 to 2001. Shaurav's career started at PA Consulting Group in 1993, where they worked as a Practice Manager until 1999.

Shaurav Sen holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Marquette University in Wisconsin, USA, which was completed from 1991 to 1993. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Madras Christian College, from 1988 to 1991. Their earlier education was at FAPS Bangalore, where they completed their ISC from 1980 to 1988.
