Susan Stahl

Susan Stahl is an experienced MFP Coordinator and Transition and Diversion Specialist at the Center for Disability Rights, with a tenure spanning over a decade since 2010. In this role, Susan assists individuals in nursing facilities seeking to reintegrate into the community and supports people with disabilities who are at risk of nursing facility placement by developing preventive plans and services. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Developmental and Behavioral Disabilities with a concentration in psychology from SUNY Brockport, obtained between 1986 and 1989.
