Travis Neville has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Travis started their career as a Lead Game Attendant at Main Event, where they supervised and trained employees while providing excellent customer service. Travis then became a Recreation Leader at the City of Tempe, where they ensured patron safety and implemented activities for the after-school program.
Travis also worked as a Challenge Course Supervisor & Trip Leader at Northern Arizona University, where they supervised and trained employees on challenge course activities and led patrons on overnight field trips. Travis later joined the US Army as an Intelligence Analyst, maintaining a top-secret security clearance and briefing commanding officers on intelligence updates.
In 2020, Travis worked as a Delivery Coordinator at the Flagstaff Family Food Center, designing and implementing a home delivery program for those in need during the COVID-19 crisis. Travis also held the role of Trailwalker at the Anasazi Foundation, and served as a Building Manager at the City of Tempe.
In 2021, Travis became an Adventure Guide at Castle Hot Springs Resort, leading guests on various tours and activities. Currently, they are a Behavioral Health Technician at the Center for Discovery, where they encourage patients to develop life skills and participates in therapy sessions for patients with mental health diagnoses.
Travis Neville completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Parks and Recreation Management from Northern Arizona University from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Challenge Course Facilitator Level II from The Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) in October 2018, and Wilderness First Responder from NOLS Wilderness Medicine in January 2019.
