Carlos Flores

Carlos Flores is currently the VP of Business Development for Business Growth Solutions at the Center for Economic Growth. Prior to this, they were a freelance consultant and has also worked for KnowTechture Ltd, Population Services International, and AARP. During their time at the National Conference on Citizenship, Carlos coordinated the National Rite of Passage/Service Year Intern program. Carlos has a wealth of experience in program management and digital marketing and is passionate about helping businesses grow.

Carlos Flores has a Master of Arts in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University - Schar School of Policy and Government, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and Spanish from Bucknell University, and a bachelors from Universidad de Granada in Political Science and Government. Carlos is also Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC).

They are on a team with Katie Newcombe - Chief Economic Development Officer, Nicole LoGiudice - Project & Contract Management Associate, and Christine McLear - Manager, Workforce Development. Their manager is Mark Eagan, CEO.
