Ariel Steinbaum

Ariel Steinbaum, LCSW, is currently serving as the Community School Director at The Center for Educational Innovation, where responsibilities include engaging with school leaders and managing partnerships to support students and the school community. Previously, Ariel worked as a Counselor/Field Instructor at Counseling In Schools, delivering individual and group counseling while also providing crisis intervention. Experience at PATH Inc. involved direct treatment through individual, family, and group therapy, alongside conducting evaluations and working with professionals in diverse settings. Ariel's early career includes positions as a Patient Experience Associate at MEP Health and various internships focused on social work and youth development. Ariel holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Family Science from the University of Maryland.
