Sarah Utkin

Sarah Utkin is an experienced social worker currently serving as the Lead Social Worker at the Center for Elder Law & Justice since February 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Director of Health Homes at Jewish Family Services of Western New York from March 2017 to February 2023, focusing on the establishment of children’s health homes and engaging in outreach and intake for both children and adults. Sarah also contributed to the Health Homes program at Jewish Family Services from March 2016 to February 2023, continuing the work started in their previous role. Additionally, Sarah was a Team Leader at BFNC from May 2015 to March 2016 and served as a Youth Advocate at Hillside Family of Agencies from February 2011 to May 2015. Sarah Utkin holds a Master of Social Work from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
