Aaron Walling

Aaron Walling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Southern California Regional Director at the Center for Employment Opportunities since August 2019, Walling previously held the position of Director of Operations at Square Peg Development and served as Board Chair for Weld Seattle from October 2016 to July 2019. Additionally, Walling has a background in international program management, having worked as the South Asia Program Manager for Splash and as the Country Director & Director of Program Development for Healing Waters International, where contributions included establishing programs and training staff in the Dominican Republic and Mexico. Walling holds a degree from Point Loma Nazarene University, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
