Rebecca Lang has a diverse work experience with a focus on nonprofit and social impact organizations. Rebecca currently holds the position of Director, Strategic Implementation at the Center for Employment Opportunities, where they have successfully built a $100M+ operating budget and developed financial models to analyze performance across multiple sites. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the same organization. Prior to their MBA, they completed their undergraduate education at Binghamton University from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematical Sciences, with a focus on Actuarial and Economics. Additionally, Rebecca has obtained certifications such as the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in 2022, the Financial Modeling for the Social Sector from Acumen in 2020, and the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) in 2017.
