Dora Munoz-Ayala

Dora Munoz-Ayala is an experienced case manager with a strong background in social services and behavioral sciences. Currently serving as a Home Study/Post-Release Services Case Manager at the Center For Family Services since October 2022, Dora assesses placements for unaccompanied minors and conducts comprehensive home studies. Prior experience includes roles as a Refugee Integration Support Effort Case Manager at Jewish Family Services of Delaware, and various positions with AmeriCorps, including Virtual Intake Specialist and Community Manager. Dora has also interned in performance improvement and human services, gaining valuable insights into client intake and support. With a Bachelor's of Science in Behavioral Sciences from Wilmington University and multiple degrees from Delaware Technical Community College, Dora combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience in the field.
