Abena Ohene-Ntow

Abena Ohene-Ntow is a seasoned public health professional currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies since April 2021. Abena also contributes as an adjunct faculty instructor at Kean University and Saint Elizabeth University, teaching courses focused on public health and social justice. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Director of Student Affairs and Wellbeing at Hackensack Meridian Health, and Director of Health and Wellness at EmPoWER Somerset, where Abena oversaw health initiatives in schools and fostered community partnerships. Abena holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from George Mason University.
