Ania Wertz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and clinical psychology, currently serving as a Partner at Penfil and Wertz, specializing in psychologically informed consulting for biotech, healthcare, and education. With a private practice since 2012, Ania provides executive coaching and psychodynamic psychotherapy for individuals and couples, and has held various coaching roles at notable organizations, including Genentech, UCSF Health, and the Center for Health Care Strategies. Ania also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member and Clinical Supervisor at multiple institutions. Ania's educational background includes a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from The Wright Institute and a PhD in European Intellectual History from the University of California, Berkeley.
