Jennifer Rangel has extensive experience in program management and development, currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager and DEIA Team Manager at the Center for Human Services since August 2012. Previous roles include Program Manager for Special Projects and Program Coordinator at CHS. Jennifer was also a Learning Community Facilitator at Strategies 2.0, where collaboration among professionals and organizations was fostered to address regional needs. Earlier experience includes Program Manager at Cambridge Academies, focusing on early childhood education initiatives, as well as roles at La Clinica de La Raza and STAND! Against Domestic Violence. Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University, Stanislaus, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by leadership training from the Sierra Health Foundation.
