With extensive experience in project management and operations, Kirsten previously held the position of Chief of Staff at Detour Inc. for over 16 years, where responsibilities included managing multimillion-dollar project budgets, orchestrating events, and overseeing communications. Additionally, Kirsten operates as an Operational and Creative Consultant, offering strategic support to creatives and executives while maintaining an independent consulting website.
