Jacky Wu

Jacky Wu is an IT Support Specialist at the Center for Internet Security since September 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Information Security team to approve software and address critical vulnerabilities on Windows and macOS systems, as well as creating remediation scripts through BMC. Previously, Jacky served as an Associate at Hannaford Supermarkets from August 2020 to July 2021, providing customer service and assisting with product management. Earlier experience includes working as a Crew Member at McDonald's from June 2017 to February 2019, focusing on customer service and order processing. Jacky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics from the University at Albany, completed in 2023.
