Yetunde Oshodi

Interim Director, People And Culture at Center for Justice Innovation

Yetunde Oshodi, LMSW, SIFI, has a diverse range of work experience in the social work field. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Child Protective Specialist for New York City's Administration for Children's Services. Yetunde then transitioned to the role of Forensic Social Worker at the Juvenile Justice Initiative from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, Yetunde became a Program Manager at Easter Seals Southern California. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Research Staff Associate at Columbia University in the City of New York. Yetunde then joined John Jay College (CUNY) as an Adjunct Faculty Partner from 2020 to 2022. In 2018, they became the Director of the Training Institute at the Center for Justice Innovation. Yetunde later served as the Deputy Director and Interim Director of People and Culture at the Center for Justice Innovation. Additionally, Yetunde is the Chief Executive Officer of Shotel Consulting, a position they have held since 2021.

Yetunde Oshodi, LMSW, SIFI obtained a Master of Science in Social Worker degree with a focus on Social Enterprise Administration and Not for Profit Management from Columbia University between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the University of California, Riverside, where they pursued a degree in Psychology/Law and Society from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they hold the certification of Associate Clinical Social Worker from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, which they obtained in October 2013. Yetunde also has a license as a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York.
