Lorena has worked in various roles at organizations such as the Center for Law and Social Policy, Center for American Progress, and the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy. Lorena holds a PhD in Public Policy with a focus on Poverty & Inequality, a Master's degree in Public Policy with a concentration in Economic Policy and Fiscal Policy, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Math.
