Claudia Parada M.a., Amft

Claudia Parada, M.A., AMFT, is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist at the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy since May 2021 and the founder of Claudia Parada Holistic Life Coach & Energy Worker established in June 2017. With eight years of holistic coaching experience and five years of apprenticeship in Mesoamerican traditional medicine (Curanderismo), Claudia focuses on assisting clients in discovering their own definitions of health and healing through a collaborative and non-hierarchical approach. Prior roles include Care Management Community Coordinator at San Francisco Health Plan, where Claudia conducted biopsychosocial assessments and coordinated service delivery, Client Relationship Manager at Vitaliti Wellness, Inc., and a decade-long tenure at Bank of America where Claudia held various positions culminating as Financial Center Operations Manager. Claudia holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Latino/a Studies from San Francisco State University.
