Russ Sharkey

Russ Sharkey is an associate marriage and family therapist currently working at the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy since September 2022, specializing in personal, professional, and family relationship issues, as well as anxiety, grief, and sexuality, with both in-person and online options for clients in California. Previously, Russ served in similar roles at Karen Davison, PsyD Psychological Services PC and Queer LifeSpace, and has experience as a clinical intern with the Ruth Asawa School of the Arts' Student Intervention Team. Prior to transitioning to mental health, Russ held various technology management positions, including Technology Delivery Manager at Yelp and Information Technology Operations Manager at SF Fire Credit Union. Russ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology, with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy, both from the University of San Francisco.
