Xana Cook-Milligan is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in mental health and community engagement. As a co-founder of the Social Unity Project since June 2020, Xana has been instrumental in advancing anti-racist education through community building and therapeutic practices. Currently serving as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) at the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy, Xana previously completed training at the Integral Counseling Center at Church Street and the California Institute of Integral Studies. Educationally, Xana holds a Master's degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and Liberal Studies from San Francisco State University. Earlier career roles include director of special events and executive chef, demonstrating a versatile background in both mental health and culinary arts.
