The Center for Next Generation Leadership & Professional Development is a Carolina-based startup that provides developmental and social solutions to companies, helping them attract, development and retain the two youngest generations in the workplace-- Millennials and Centennials (Generation Z). 

We are proudly in the people business. 100% of our training & developmental content focuses on strengthening soft skills necessary to connect with, engage, and lead people. Our social solutions exist to facilitate and make easy peer-to-peer connection, aiding in the retention of people.

We host conferences, provide e-courses, lead workshops, deliver keynotes, and build communities.
