Raven Solomon, CSP®, is an international keynote speaker, author, CEO, strategist, and futurist specializing in Future-Ready Inclusion™. Since founding Raven Solomon Enterprises in April 2017, Raven has facilitated impactful presentations and workshops on topics such as inclusion in the future of work, generational diversity, and inclusive leadership. As the host of The Generational View podcast, Raven fosters cross-generational dialogue to enhance empathy and awareness. Additionally, Raven founded the Center for Next Generation Leadership & Professional Development, focusing on developing talent from the youngest generations in the workplace. Previous experience includes critical leadership roles at PepsiCo, managing sales teams and strategy across North Carolina, and an early marketing internship with Carrier Corporation. Raven holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from North Carolina State University.
