Neriel David Ponce

Neriel David Ponce possesses extensive experience in organizational strategy and community engagement, currently serving as a Strategist for Custom Programs and Organizational Change at ProInspire since October 2021. In this role, Ponce focuses on activating leadership for equity, managing complex projects, and overseeing the Catalyst Collective and ProInspire Leadership Institute. Concurrently, Ponce works as a Trainer at the Center for Racial Justice in Education, delivering impactful training on race-related topics and offering programmatic support to clients. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Marketing and Operations and Operations Manager at the same center, as well as pivotal positions with the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund, where Ponce co-founded RAISE, a group dedicated to undocumented Asian Americans. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Hunter College.
