Marc Hearron

Marc Hearron currently serves as Senior Counsel at the Center for Reproductive Rights, where responsibilities include leading impact litigation efforts to defend and expand access to reproductive health care. Prior to this role, Marc was Senior Counsel for Senator Dianne Feinstein, overseeing the nominations team for the Senate Judiciary Committee. Experience also includes serving as Partner in the Appellate & Supreme Court Practice Group at Morrison & Foerster LLP, and as an Associate at the same firm. Early career experience includes clerking for Hon. Carolyn Dineen King and Hon. Sidney A. Fitzwater at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, in addition to work as a Senior Data Analyst at Capital One Auto Finance. Marc holds a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oral Roberts University.
