Erica Mehandru

Erica Mehandru has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Erica started their career as an Analyst at BNP Paribas, where they worked on the Global Markets Desk for two years. Erica then interned at Loop Capital in the Analytical Services Group, focusing on research and strategy. In 2010, Erica joined the Center for Research in Security Prices, LLC (CRSP) as the Assistant Director of Operations for the Index Products division. During their time at CRSP, they played a pivotal role in the creation and launch of multiple real-time equity index products, totaling over $2 trillion in linked funds. Erica also managed a team of eight index analysts, recruited and trained new analysts, and authored technical guides for clients. Their excellent communication skills and proactive approach in addressing operational issues earned their a place on the company-wide communications committee.

Erica Mehandru has a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. In addition to their formal education, Erica has also completed certifications in User Experience (UX) for Non-Designers from LinkedIn and a Product Management Nanodegree from Udacity.
