Susan Martin Cipolla

Susan Martin Cipolla is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at The Center For Rheumatology, LLP since July 2021, Susan has also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany since July 2011. Prior to these roles, Susan worked as the Staff Development Manager at Catholic Charities Disabilities Services from January 2004 to June 2011 and began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Coordinator at Macy*s East from 1997 to 2003. Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communications from The College of Saint Rose between 1979 and 1983.
