Jasmine Baten, M.A., is an accomplished editor and project manager with extensive experience in communications, research, and community engagement. Currently serving as an Editor for the Center for Scholars & Storytellers since April 2021, Jasmine has previously held roles at Nickelodeon, where contributions included the Youth Agency Report, and the Barbie Dream Gap Project. Additional expertise encompasses managing DEI initiatives at FREE THE WORK, overseeing editorial processes at Paramus Publishing, and conducting research at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business. Jasmine holds a Master of Arts in Communications & Media from American University and dual Bachelor's degrees in English Language and Literature, and Psychology from the University of Maryland, complemented by a Women's Studies certificate.
