Susan Lembo

Susan Lembo is a Senior Program & Training Manager in CSS’s Middle States Region. She provides training and on-site technical assistance to school faculty and stakeholders, assisting the successful implementation of CSS solutions. She also supports curriculum and training design. Susan has been associated with CSS for almost two decades: first as a freshman student participating in Peer Group Connection; then as a Teen PEP advisor and stakeholder team coordinator; and most recently as a trainer, curriculum designer, and technical assistance provider for the Teen PEP network. Prior to joining CSS, she spent 15 years in the field of education serving as a public school teacher and coach, as well as a health educator and curriculum manager for an area nonprofit. She earned a bachelor’s of science in health and exercise science and teaching certification from The College of New Jersey.
